Ratika attended University College London, where she obtained a LLM Masters Degree (with Merit) in Public International Law, focusing particularly on Immigration and Human Rights. She qualified as a Solicitor specialising in Immigration and Nationality Law, with particular regard to corporate, business and employment related and private Immigration Law matters.

Her career in immigration law began at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. There she gained key insight into the UK Home Office’s approach and policies concerning immigration, providing her with an enhanced understanding and appreciation of the immigration process from both the government's perspective as well as the applicants.

Since establishing her immigration practice, Ratika and her team have continued to provide individual and corporate clients with fast, efficient, and innovative results. She has been continually regarded for her expertise and has been asked many a times to speak at seminars and conferences. Her accomplishments have also been the subject of well known newspaper articles.

She travels on regular basis in connection with client matters and representation at interviews not only in the Indian Sub-Continent but all over the world.
